CaseOnUs orders ship from the United States. We deliver to addresses in the United States. International delivery is not currently available.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for all United States orders, with no minimum purchase.
No shipping charge is added at checkout. Any applicable taxes are displayed before payment.
Delivery timing
Estimated delivery is 7-10 business days total from placing your order, including processing and transit. We estimate approximately 3 business days for processing and 4-7 business days for shipping transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Processing time is included in the total estimate, not added on top.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Address issues, severe weather or carrier disruption may cause delays. If an order requires clarification before dispatch, we will contact you using the email address on your order.
