Information we use
We receive the information needed to process an order, including your name, email address, delivery address, order details and messages. Payment details are handled by the payment service displayed at checkout.
We use this information to fulfil orders, provide support, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and communicate about your order. Hosting services may process technical logs, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website.
Cookies, storage & analytics
Essential cookies and browser storage maintain your shopping bag, checkout session, saved items and privacy preferences. Payment and security services may also use essential storage to process transactions and prevent fraud.
Basic Google Analytics measurement uses cookieless signals by default, with analytics and advertising storage denied. These signals include page visits and shopping interactions; Google receives network information when processing them. No analytics cookies or CaseOnUs analytics visitor/session identifiers are created unless you enable Google Analytics cookies in the footer preferences. Rejecting optional measurement stops future Google Analytics events. Your choice applies to the storefront and checkout. With analytics cookies enabled, we also measure time spent and completed purchases. Purchase events include an order identifier, purchased products, quantities, currency and amounts. Analytics can include page paths, referring pages, event times and campaign labels. Stored visitor/session identifiers require analytics cookie permission; advertising click identifiers require Google Ads cookie permission. Google Analytics may derive approximate regions from network information. We do not include your name, email address, delivery address or payment details in these Analytics events.
The Google Ads option or Accept all allows Google Ads cookies to help measure which ads lead to purchases. Allowing analytics alone does not enable these advertising cookies. Personalized advertising and advertising user-data sharing remain disabled by this consent setup. The Google for WooCommerce integration may send limited, cookieless consent-status and measurement signals when advertising storage is denied.
Meta measurement stays off until you enable it in the footer preferences and save your choices, or choose Accept all. It measures page and product views, cart additions, checkout starts and paid purchases to help us understand Instagram and Facebook ad results. With your permission, our server sends Meta the event time, a public page path, product identifiers and quantities, currency and amounts (including the total paid for purchases), your IP address and browser user agent, and browser/ad-click identifiers when available. We use a pseudonymous event identifier to avoid counting the same purchase twice. We do not send customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery addresses, payment details or private checkout keys in these Meta events. Advanced customer matching is not used. Meta may associate these signals with its own accounts and use them under its Privacy Policy.
Meta browser and click identifiers use optional _fbp and _fbc cookies for up to 90 days; your consent choice is kept in browser storage and an essential preference cookie. Declining or withdrawing Meta consent stops future Meta event submissions and removes these identifiers from this browser. Events already sent cannot be recalled through the preference control.
Declining analytics does not prevent shopping. You can change your preference through Analytics preferences in the store or checkout footer. Rejecting optional measurement or withdrawing analytics consent stops future Google Analytics events and removes our stored analytics visitor and session identifiers; it does not erase previously collected records. You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings.
